Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Here's what happens when you cancel:

Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel on January 15 and your billing date is the 1st of each month, you'll maintain premium access until January 31.

After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to our free tier at the end of your billing period. You'll retain access to all free features and any achievements or progress you've made.

No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations. Your cancellation will prevent any future charges, but you won't receive a refund for the remainder of your current billing period.

If you wish to reactivate your premium subscription in the future, you're welcome to do so at any time through your account settings.
